On OEM clear coat, professional removal returns the vehicle to original paint. Damage risk comes from wrapping over failing paint, rust, or deep clear-coat failure, not from wrap film itself.
Myth 2: Vinyl wrap is the same as PPF
Vinyl wrap is a vehicle wrap film built for color and finish change. PPF is thicker urethane (TPU) built for rock-chip and impact protection.
